From a Belltown
Street Cart

Al Calozzi grew up in Philadelphia and got into cheesesteaks at age 10, working a New Jersey family restaurant. He moved to Seattle in 2006, figured the city needed the real thing, and in 2008 set up a rogue street cart in Belltown with a rented propane grill and a beach umbrella.
Same chopped ribeye. Same soft rolls. The "Donnie" is even named after a friend whose bucket-list wish was a sandwich named after him. Still the most authentic cheesesteak in the Pacific Northwest. Gotta love it.
